We have started a new facility near Nasik Airport, Gut No.570, Village Janori, Tal. Dindori, Dist. Nashik 422207. The land is 41000 sq. ft. and construction of around 16000 sq. ft. At this set up we have prepared a separate 2250sq. ft. clean room of class-100000. The facility is made by building an air tight room having AHU with Hepa Filter, Separate entry for material and men with air lock room for each, Epoxy Flooring etc.
We have two extruder and cutting sealing machines used for production of polythene bags. The production in this facility is for Pharmaceutical and Food sector packing where the packing material comes in direct contact with the product.
This unique facility is to provide world class packing material in India for the pharmaceutical and food industry who have to mainly rely on imported or some specific domestic suppliers to meet their requirements of packing material comes in direct contact with the product.
